Corona was born on Flag Day, 2006. He is a big healthy young herdsire and weighed over 135 lbs at 21 months. HE HAS STARTED BREEDING and HAS his first cria on the ground (a female out of Elisa). He has beautiful fiber with extreme high frequency crimp and fineness. He is out of Xanadu P. Placido, a PRESIDIO SON, and we think is an awesome male and junior herdsire. We have several Placido offspring and everyone of them has outstanding fleece, superb confirmation, and have done very well at the shows we attended. Corona is almost white on his side but light fawn from his topknot to his tail and across his back. He is a true beige color. He is Full Peruvian and his mother is one of our best females in our herd. He took 2nd at A-OK Alpaca Blast Off in 2007. With 40 males on the farm, we can afford to let some very nice males go at DRASTICALLY reduced prices. We bred Corona to Elisa and really like what we've seen in Elisa's little female.
